Q: Do I have to pay taxes?
A: Currently, only residents of Texas are required to pay sales tax.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card statement will show 94 Apparel LLC., as the charge. We cannot accept check or money orders at this time.

Q: Can I Order VIA The Phone?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot take phone orders at this time.

Q: What size should I buy?

A: Please view the size chart on the store page for approximate sizing of all of our garments. These styles are form fitting and tend to run small. Depending on your preference in fit and comfort this may require you to upsize.

Q: How should I care for my merchandise?
A: Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle.

Q: How Do You Ship Your Orders?
A: Orders within the United States are shipped by FedEx and will be shipped by the specification you submit. All Priority Overnight and Next Business Day orders must be submitted before 12:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday in order to receive the merchandise on the next business day.

Q: 
What if an item is out of stock?
A: We strive to offer products that are currently in stock. However, if a piece of your requested merchandise is not available, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not available will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items.

Q: Is your site secure?
A: We use secure socket layer [SSL] protocol, the industry standard for ensuring the security of your electronic commerce transactions. SSL uses 128-bit encryption for all personal information in transit over the Internet, including your credit card number, name and address. This technology is designed to protect your information.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our goal is to provide the highest quality merchandise. Merchandise from this online store can be exchanged only within 10 days of receipt. If you have an exchange please contact us HERE to request for a return authorization. You will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please note, we do not backorder. If the requested items are not in stock by the time we process your RA#, your credit card will be refunded for the value of the items returned to our warehouse to avoid further delay on your request. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please include the original invoice with the RA# written on it and specify the reason for the return.

Q: How do I ship my item back?
A: Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your RA# and original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
